Using a shirt you already own that fits you the best, lay it out on a flat surface and measure:

Length: Place the end of the measuring tape beside the collar at the top of the tee (highest point on the shoulder) and measure the length of the shirt at the bottom edge.

Chest: Measure across the shirt at the widest point (usually under the sleeves). Keep the measuring tape horizontal.

Note: Product measurements may vary by up to 2″ (5 cm).
